Can I print in full colour process ?
Yes you can. There are numerous products capable of being printed using a full colour process, however some are limited to 1, 2 or 3 colours.


How many colours are there in my logo?
When you send us your artwork, we will calculate the number of print colours and inform you.


Are extra charges incurred in printing multi-colours?
Yes - each colour usually requires a separate screen and print process which increases the unit cost.


Who do I email artwork to?

 What format do I need to supply my artwork in?
All artwork should be in an electronically stored format and should be sized to fit the print area of the selected item.
We will accept the following electronic formats:
Corel Draw
EPS for PC
Ai for PC
All text must be converted to curves - please contact us should clarification be required.
Please note, artwork not supplied in the above file formats are subject to a minimum £15.00 re-draw charge.
What is the minimum order quantity ?  
Many personalised items within our range are available as a “one off”. Economies of scale naturally help reduce unit costs however.

Can you provide samples?
Yes - Just tell us what you would like. Goods will be invoiced at the smallest quantity price. The costs will be deducted from any order you place.


What are the delivery lead times?
Normally 2-3 weeks. Many items, especially clothing are available in 5-7 days.  


Will I receive a printed proof?
Yes - We will email or fax you a printed proof for your confirmation before we start the printing process.
